eisberg Group organisation chart

The eisberg Group employs more than 400 people. It has a network of five production companies and cultivation businesses in Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Hungary and Romania and a supply chain platform for quality control and purchase in Spain.

Each of these national subsidiaries is completely run independently by a local management-team. This decentralised style of organisation guarantees that the companies are rooted in their local environment and enables them to be close to their markets and therefore also extremely flexible. At the same time, the local subsidiaries are able to benefit from the central competence centre at the group's headquarters in Zurich (Switzerland), which provides support in production, quality control and technology as also in developing innovative products to customised standards.
